The hotel was neat and clean, the concept of apartment hotel is wonderful.

However, only thing was too disappointing that it is 3 to 4 kms from the city centre. Located in a village kind of location where there were very narrow lanes to go and the road was built. Hotel was very good but, they don't have in house restaurant so you need to order from outside also breakfast for two coats 400 a day is costly.

The staff was good. Breakfast and location were ok. Not so good.

- You must mention on Booking.com clearly that above 4 yrs of age you guys are charging. - There should be per-member water bottles complimentary per day. - At this cost, I was expecting a spring mattress not this cotton or Coir Form Bed.

Stayed for one night with family including kids. Breakfast was ok but could have been better with more varieties (idly sambar and chutney with two bonda (vada) and tea were offered). Location of the hotel is a bit interior however they have arranged few autorickshaw driver's contact number who can be of help for any travel from hotel if you don't have your personal vehicle.

With the total money we paid, and the existing room facilities; seems management could have arranged a little more facilities. There was no glass or small cutlery, microwave, iron or readymade tea/coffee sachet, room did not have night lamp, mosquito repellent, bedsheets or towels qualities could have been improved, dustbins didn't have any plastics bags.

Good place, peaceful. Centre for almost all the attractions of alibaug Playing area aka gaming zone is beautiful and probably the showstopper of that building. It was good spending time there. Beautifully maintained.

In house food is costly n house seems overrated as compared to the locality, roads to reach are not good in rainy season. Tied up restaurant food is terrible. They do not extend the check out time even after request, in our case, we requested to them multiple times due to our business meeting then they allowed us in lobby, but the room has to be checked out anyhow at check out time. My recommendation is to allow atleast 1 hour in case of customer's emergency.
