the room was very clean ect as stated above, staff very welcoming

the place was far away from anything interesting to visit - there was no burglar guards/ no fences and the alarm in the factory/next door building rang a few times in the night and we felt very unsecure.

We spent the weekend in the Incipio suite. Beautiful scenery, comfortable and tastefully decorated cottage. Spacious room & bathroom. Has everything you need including full DSTV and air conditioning. Natalie & Pieter are friendly and helpful, even arranging an amazing personal wine tasting for us. The hot tub was a treat and is well maintained. Highly recommended!

All amenities was really good. Lovely bathrooms with everything needed. Good decor. Lovely linen. Great kitchen! Everything we needed in kitchen to prepare food was perfect - also Fantastic wine glasses.

Close proximity to neighbours adjacent house and farm yard. It does not feel private. Double bed in main bedroom - please put in a king size bed, there is enough room for one. It will be much more comfortable. Please service A/C units (main bedroom and lounge not working properly) and when you do key handover show the customer how the A/C units work. Air fryer in kitchen would be a bonus. It would be great if you can provide 2 -3 bags of firewood for the hot tub free of charge… as it takes about 3 bags in itself to heat up. (Wood bags can be purchased currently at the property) But overall had a great stay. Thank you.
