You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception open hours: - November to April: from 09:00 until 17:00. Closed on weekends. - May to October: open from 09:00 until 19:00, 7 days per week. A surcharge of EUR 15 applies for arrivals after check-in hours, payable in cash upon arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Great location, plenty of room. Kitchen well equipped . Lovely balcony . Close to pool and Luz centre . Can’t fault the area or pool and staff were great - friendly and helpful

It didn’t have air con so got a little bit hot at times. No toilet roll on arrival however the staff soon sorted that out. The bathroom was a bit dated with a very old diffuser on the window sill .

"Ideaal voor een strandvakantie in Luz"

Wij zaten in blok 2 en de locatie is fantastisch. 2 supermarkten, diverse goede en gezellige restaurants aan de boulevard en het strand en het zwembad op loopafstand. Het appartement was voorzien van alle gemakken zoals een vaatwasser en een wasmachine. Het uitzicht is ook geweldig.

Het is allemaal wel wat gedateerd.

"Mooie locatie, verouderd appartement"

De locatie en het zwembad.

Het appartement was sterk verouderd. De bedden echt matig. Keuken viel bijna uit elkaar.

"Un endroit idéal pour passer des vacances dans l’Algarve."

L’accueil à la réception était excellent. Le logement était grand et très confortable. Très bien situé pour aller à la plage à pied. La piscine est grandiose.

"Great apartment close to the beach and supermarket. Swimming pool with restaurant."

After checking in at reception, it was about a 5-minute walk to the apartment. Directly behind reception is the pool with plenty of sunbathing spots (or shaded areas). There's also an excellent restaurant there. From the apartment, it's a short walk (about 10 minutes) to the beach. There's a fairly large supermarket nearby where you can get fresh bread, among other things. The apartment was fully equipped, except for a coffee maker, which was a bit of a shame. Otherwise, everything was great!

A coffee maker would have made our stay completely good.
