The terrace with sunset view, nice free parking and the location.

The cleaning lady did not do the room one day and she was trying to find an excuse to justify it. The breakfast does not have much variety and food is of low quality.

建物の外観はまるでイアの中心にいるようで最高。自分の部屋以外にもくつろげる場所が沢山あり、お部屋やベッドの広さも私たちには十分。朝日は見えないけど夕日はバッチリ見えてとても興奮しました。徒歩15分くらいで24時間営業のスーパーマーケットもあり、小腹が空いた時に利用できました。本当に満足です。

お部屋の隅に小さい蟻がいましたが多くはなく、私たちはあまり気になりませんでした。イアまで徒歩で行くには遠かったです。すぐ近くのバスを利用すれば問題ありません。

Beautiful view, the staff and owners is so friendly and treat you like family. Close to the buss stop. Calmer area as it is not in the center of tourist hotspots.

Limited options for lunch and dinner as you are 20min walk from Oia. Breakfast standard would have loved bit more variation. Rooms could be bit more sound proof. Walking into Oia can be hard on a very warm day and it is also not very pedestrian friendly.
