Caldera Premium Villas

The hotel was in a great location. Nice rooms with amazing views!

Some of the staff were not very friendly. No bar or restaurant and the stairs were dangerous ! Very slippery and no handrails

The first room they put us in was aweful. The bed was up the ladder n the floor creaked like u would fall thru. I requested to change rooms. The stairs you had to go up n down were extremely dangerous I do not recommend anyone to stay here

Absolute PARADISE and everything we have ever dreamed about. We got upgraded to a better room so then it represented even better value for money. The Room was like a Cave with all the creature comforts. The View over the Caldera (ocean) was absolutely incredible. It was literally "location location location". Fortunately it also had a nice little Pool area which was ideal for those afternoon Swims and Drinks on a steamy hot summers day. The Breakfast Cave Room was amazing, and the food exceptionally good organised by Anna and staff. We were just sssoooo happy with this choice of accommodation. The Bag Porters were incredible as they held our Bags on their shoulders and trapsed up and down both large rocky Steps and steep Stairs from the Road to the Villas - amazing men who do an amazing job. We had to pinch ourselves daily sitting there eating and drinking, or waking up to the magnificent views of the sea and the boats and all the action going on around the hillsides.

If you are not walk fit.......best not to stay anywhere on the Caldera. Ultimately there are both rocky Steps and steep Stairs involved everywhere you go. It was a bit of a marathon to reach the Villa and go up and down several times a day. You have to be careful not to slip and make sure you were runners or something with good tread underneath or it could be trecherous. We just took it easy and planned for the steep climbs daily. Many other Villas are in the same boat in this regard.

The location and views were amazing! The breakfast that is included is made fresh with more than anticipated variety!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property, just plan a little extra time to climb the stairs when starting your day or evening.
