L’emplacement exceptionnel, la vue sur Oia est incroyable. On petit déjeune sur la terrasse avec la vue sur la mer et sur la ville, c’est le plus beau moment de la journée… un vrai dépaysement.

Rien à voir vraiment avec l’établissement mais c’est simplement le prix à payer pour la vue exceptionnelle, mais la raideur des escaliers est vraiment difficile, car c’est très escarpé. Il faudrait s’assurer de bien le mentionner car ce n’est pas un endroit pour les personnes qui ont un handicap physique ou pour des jeunes enfants. Pour ces 2 catégories de personnes, je trouve que les escaliers sont dangereux

The location was absolutely magical—perched on the caldera with breathtaking views that made every morning feel like a dream. The staff were exceptional: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. For the quality of the experience, the price could not be beat. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini.

Beautiful location. Excellent service from the receptionist, to the porters getting our luggage to our room from the taxi drop off, to the wonderful kitchen staff and hostess. Magical experience.

The jacuzzi had one temperature. It wasn’t hot, and you couldn’t change it.

What’s there not to like? Everything from the moment the view steals your breath, the welcome drink, the team who help with bags on the steeps, our room, the pool, the location, the breakfast (thank you Anna). It’s hard together more.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs! This place is run like a military camp, not a hotel. From the very beginning, the staff showed their true colors: • We had a visa issue and tried to cancel just one hour after booking – they rudely refused. First time this has ever happened to us in years of traveling. • Tried to call to explain and requested to speak with the manager. The shocking response: “Not allowed to talk to him.” When we finally managed to arrive (after a stressful visa ordeal), we asked to see the rooms before checking in since the hotel has so many terrible reviews. Again, they refused. Only after arguing did they reluctantly agree. The location is decent, but Greece is full of wonderful hotels – so why waste your time here? The property itself is a joke: • Dangerous steep stairs – you honestly pray you don’t get hurt climbing them. • Check-out nightmare – we politely asked for a one-hour extension. Their answer? A harsh “No.” At 10:59am, two staff literally stood outside our door pressuring us to leave, as if we were criminals. • Amenities? Nonexistent. Think cheap, run-down chalet with zero comfort. This hotel is an embarrassment to Greek hospitality. Anyone who travels to Greece often knows the warmth and kindness this country is famous for. This place has none of it. If you value respect, basic courtesy, and even a hint of comfort – DO NOT stay here.

Great location and views over the caldera (not for the iconic Santorini sunset) Room was big, clean and comfortable Nice breakfast but was busy and people struggled to get tables, small plunge pool with sun beds and chairs around the property.

Very sloped public stairs to get to the property but staff will meet you and carry bags, once in the property the stairs are fine, steep but expected on a cliff side. Generally quiet seemed but could hear the apartment above us moving around.
