Lack of air conditioner and fridge in the rooms

Un luogo strordinario immerso nella natura, la località è isolata ma la struttura è curatissima e sembra di essere in un piccolo paradiso. I gestori ci tengono molto a far sentire il cliente a suo agio, in totale relax e quindi tutto risulta molto tranquillo e si percepisce che è uno spazio dove si respira pace e serenitá. L'accoglienza è tra le cose veramente speciali di questo posto, tutto il personale è stato davvero gentile e ci ha fatto sentire a casa in ogni momento. Altra cosa eccezionale è la loro cucina, tutto di qualità e con piatti anche originali oltre che di tradizione umbra. Ultima peculiarità di questo agriturismo è la piscina, situata su una collinetta da cui è visibile il panorama ed attrezzata con comodi lettini e servizio bar per aperitivi a bordo piscina.

Servizio assente in piscina, per bere qualcosa occorre tornare alla reception che sta molto lontano, colazione improponibile, non c era nulla , disorganizzazione totale, anche il check out in confusione..la cena : mangiato bene ma servizio come se fosse improvvisato ..si potrebbe fare molto di più con una struttura così

We really loved how friendly and helpful the staff was we felt like we were a part of their family staying at their home.

I should have checked but wished there was at least a fan in the room I didn't realize there wasn't AC.

The location was very nice , the room was the right size with comfortable beds the restaurant and the food was very good and the staff friendly professional attentive to meet our needs. A special appraisal about Veronica the head of staff. Professional , always with a smile quick to solve situations very caring with the guests and with her staff.

The original 14th century monastery is located in a very beautiful hilly landscape, surrounded by vineyards and very quiet - pure relaxation. Attentive and nice staff and excellent food. It is 11 km to Assisi. We enjoyed it very much.

The location and the helpful lady at the reception. And that we only stayed only 1 night. Bread was fine.

The room was dirty incl. black mold and the bed made us a pain in the back. We could hardly wait till the morning. At the dinner even the potato was from the previous day(s). The suckling pig was not present, only its grandpa. We were not made to pay the suckling pig we sent back, however the goose was not fresh either. We ate it because there was no other dinner option. Generally this service for €191,50 was an insult.
