Mohammed was an awesome host who made us feel very welcome. The apartment is very large and comfortable. The seaview was amazing, waking up to the waves.

Some of the furniture was a bit old.

Really don't understand so low value of this hotel. My experience was awesome. There us nothing to complain . Sea is around the corner

Location a little bit fat from main attractions

A basic property good for longer stays or passing through. the staff were kind and attentive, the rooms were super clean and the space had what we needed.

not quite walking distance to shops and restaurants.

spot on location to visit Sur and the surrounding area. The guy on reception was pretty friendly throughout.

please make this a last resort choice! we are regular traveler’s and normally stay in budget accom. From the relatively nice reception things turn very much worse. This was around the 7th place we stayed on our trip in Oman so had really managed our expectations, along with this costing nearly €100 per night we were expecting OK at least. however the apartment was totally sole less. very big but with very little actually amenities. It was incredibly old and tatty (although floors were very clean). The kitchen was horrible, with no cutlery, 1 pan and that was it for cooking utensils. The worst part were the small pile of plates on the side that were still damp and kind of stuck together with a black liquid. Horrendous. This was not capable of being a self catering apartment for more than 1 night. The receptionist recommended I parked round the back next to the rear of the hotel which contained a dilapidated old restaurant obviously closed for years, and a rubbish filled was way. for obvious reasons I parked at the front. I could go on and on here, but to cut a long story short avoid this place.
