Beautiful property. All accommodation looks tight given location but can’t fault Panorama Suites. Enough space for 2 in our suite .. just make sure you have a balcony to enjoy the views. Breakfast service was excellent.. did t catch the staff names but always warm and welcoming. Made us feel at home.

First off, amazing views in Fira! The studio sweets overlook the Caldera and it is breathtaking! Breakfast right there, every morning, can't beat that. It is in the heart of the shopping and restaurants. Rooms were beautiful, clean, extravagant.

Just be aware that there are numerous steps of ambulation is an issue. There are two elevators to get down, but even with that, more stairs.

What an amazing experience! We have travelled to some beautiful places in the world, but I believe this is one of the most beautiful setting we have ever experienced. Our room 42 was not without challenges since it took two elevators and three flights of steps to get to our spacious poolside studio. The porters were amazing greeting us where we were let off at the bottom of two pedestrian streets and ferried our luggage up to the hotel and later to our rooms. Using the hotel’s transfer option was definitely worth it. The front desk personnel were professional and very helpful in recommending Niki for a beautiful sunset view and and Parea for a local Greek Taverna, both were excellent choices . We experienced delicious meals at both places. Kudos to the lovely ladies who served our amazing seaside breakfast every morning with wonderful smiles and attentive service.

If you have limited mobility this hotel would be challenging .

Nada a apontar

The setting for the Panorama Suites is to die for! The view from our room was absolutely stunning, the room itself was lovely & the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Everything was perfect!

Just a warning for some people, there are many stairs to get down to the suites from the Panorama Hotel so if you are not good with stairs it’s best to stay in the hotel rather than in the suites.
