"Room was simple but extremely clean n balcony view was amazing"

Absolutely the best balcony view ever!!! Manger Andres n his assistant Gigo(?) were so helpful. Cleaning staff excellent. Great location

"I don't understand the great reviews. Not worth the price"

The view from the pool chairs. The breakfast service.

Room was not like the pictures. Bed was uncomfortable. Very damp rooms. Shower wouldn't drain and began backing up into the bathroom. Also the towels are tattered and need replacing. Lastly, hotel staff were loud until after midnight on the terrace watching football animatedly, we were unable to enjoy our private balcony at all because of it.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel has one of the nicest views that we saw on our trip. The breakfast on our balcony in the morning was a great start to our days.
