Hill Suites

We had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was beautiful and was cleaned every day. The housekeeping staff were friendly and kept everything tidy. Breakfast was well organized and served at a restaurant across the street from the hotel. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great short stay at Hill Suites. The host was kind and very helpful, especially with our bags on arrival. We also used their private transportation service, which was on the pricier side, but we really appreciated the convenience. Being picked up smoothly from the port in a large SUV and dropped off directly outside the hotel made arrival effortless, and the early morning transfer to the airport was just as seamless. The included breakfast was excellent, with great service each morning. Our room was clean, comfortable, and a great size, making it an easy and relaxing place to unwind after exploring Santorini.

The only improvements would be the bathroom amenities, as there was no hand soap provided and we had to use body wash instead. Even when we left the soap container open to indicate it was empty, it wasn’t refilled by housekeeping. Additionally, while the ground-floor room was convenient for access, it meant we couldn’t comfortably keep the windows open as the room was fully visible from the street. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the main streets in Fira, which we didn’t mind as it was nice to be in a quieter area.
