Staff was very attentive to my needs. The door lock got broken and they fixed it ASAP. The room was immaculately clean. Breakfast was good and very filling.

The property is pretty well-maintained, clean and very accessible to Fira's Town Proper. The staff is also kind, nice and very much approachable . They are like 24/7 avaible for their clients , especially if you have questions or badly in need of their assistance . We stayed during the month of November , & we really like the warmth of the Jacuzzi, perfect for its cold weather. (around 17-18 degrees at Night). 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
