Ambiente stupendo, in mezzo alla natura. Tutto molto curato e pulito.

A noi non ha dato fastidio perché utilizziamo tappi per le orecchie, ma le camere non sono molto bene insonorizzate. Ma da fuori ovviamente non si sente nulla, al massimo possono essere altri clienti a dar fastidio.

Posto bellissimo, immerso nella natura che trasmette molta tranquillità. Il personale è attento, accogliente e disponibile. La spa privata: favolosa!

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut für italienische Verhältnisse, man konnte noch für 5 EUR zusätzlich Käse, Schinken und Ei bestellen, die Suite bietet genügend Platz mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Lagune. Die Zimmer sind neu und sehr gut eingerichtet. Im Aufenthaltsraum gibt es Getränke und einen Kühlschrank. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.

The location next to the lagoon is excellent and quiet, the facilities are great, clean and high quality furniture.

I have stayed here multiple times since the place opened and love it. However, recently there are some changes to the worse. In particular, the owners offer also services such as bike rental, sauna, horseriding, dinner. However, for my taste they are too agressively trying to sell these services, it feels like a marketing campaign. Two Emails before the stay with a link to the online platform where you can book these services. Twice asked orally during the stay if we want to book these services. Plus lengthy WhatsApp messages during the stay again advertising the services. For my taste this is way too much and counterproductive. Give the clients a smile and kind words rather than using every opportunity for avertisement. If they want to book a service they will tell you. The good breakfast earlier included a plate with ham and cheese - now you have to pay extra if you want ham and cheese. The sauna is heavily overpriced (120 EUR for 2 hours and two persons). I stayed in 5-star hotels nearby in Slovenia with similar room price and free access to a whole wellness center was included in the room rate. Taste varies, but recently they put up numerous paintings of sexy women across the property - the paintings are nice but fit rather a night club and not an agriturismo which is blessed with the stunning natural beauty of the lagoon and the birds.

Siamo stati ospiti di questa tenuta per un fine settimana. A dir poco stupenda! Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo rimasti colpiti dalla bellezza della location: un posto tranquillo, curato nei minimi dettagli e perfetto per staccare dalla routine. La camera semplicemente splendida: spaziosa, ordinata, pulita e molto confortevole. La colazione è ricca, varia e con prodotti davvero buonissimi. Si percepisce la cura e l’attenzione per la qualità e il benessere degli ospiti. Visto il tempo stabile, abbiamo fatto una passeggiata a cavallo nei dintorni della tenuta ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica. La ragazza che si occupa di loro è molto preparata ed educata. Si vede l’amore che ci mette. Il paesaggio è davvero suggestivo. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto il personale sempre gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni dettaglio. Tutto è stato perfetto. Un posto in cui torneremo sicuramente e che consigliamo senza esitazioni. Rachele e Michele.
