The dinner is real good

A peaceful and welcoming stopover in the middle of the Namibian countryside. The rooms are neat and simple, just what you need for a good night’s rest after a long drive. The highlight was definitely the home-cooked dinner (N$200 per person) — warm, hearty, and perfect for a winter evening. There are horses and cows on the property, adding to the authentic farm feel. The manager was very friendly and made the stay even more pleasant. It’s a bit off the beaten path, but that’s part of the charm. If you’re road-tripping through southern Namibia, this is a great, down-to-earth place to rest and recharge.

The wifi wasn't too great.

We were greeted as our vehicle drove in by our welcoming hostess. It is so close to the main road and very easily accessible and well sign posted. We had options for supper and had fresh meat (Lamb) from the farm to braai as there are no shops close by. We were able to go for a walk on the farm and admire the beauty and tranquility. Very special experience.

The food was good.

Only one chair. No bedside tables. Carpets dirty. Shower head and taps in bad condition.

This was my second visit of Savanna Guest Farm. And I will stay here again. The location is fantastic - in the middle of red stone mountains (evening light makes miracles). Very romantic afternoon walks beyond farm property. Place is not far from main road, but it feels very remote. I like clean rooms, hot water, very good dinner and breakfast. The farm has even pool in the garden! There is big friendly dog that likes to walk around guests and socialize :-). Night is quiet, full of stars. You will not regret if you choose to stay here.

Internet signal could be be improved... but that is not something that you will miss at this place...
