Rooms were clean well maintained , swimming pool was temp controlled.

Location is remote, you have to pre-order your meals

No kitchen in chalet,better instead of small microwave they put better setup for bbq /oven to heat up food They need to train Bengali care taker to deal with customers in good manner not in rude way

Very nice place to relax, breakfast was amazing, rooms are very good

Pool was not heating, even after informing many times, they tried to charge us for already damaged cuchion, forced to pay cash or bank transfer, claiming system is down ( fishy )

The maintenance of the property (operation team) must pay attention on below to maintain the asset of property and guest experience. The basic amenities was not provided sufficiently (tea,coffee, WATER, towels - there was only 1pc, 1 coffee mug and we are 3. Bed mattress was overused or never changed it position as not at all comfortable sleep 🥹. The swimming pool was very dirty and full of algae (unhealthy) otherwise well heated pool the operation team to take care the property with proper care for long term good returns.

All good and facilities inside is good for family

The recipients cannot speak english and always on phones…very hard to communicate. My check in experience was very bad it took more than 1 hour to settle my check in. Check out also takes more than 10 minutes as they go checking properties etc.
