Lagos de Fañabé Beach Resort

Amazing location! Staff was really nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the variety of the pools (for us and our kids). They were changing the bath towels and collecting the rubbish daily.

We found it a bit dirty unfortunately, not just the apartment but the whole structure; to give couple of examples: the plates at the restaurant were never perfectly cleaned, lots of cigarette butts in the pool areas, the kids pool water was not clear, the bathroom towels and bed linens were stained…etc The apartment had really old and worn furnitures.

The location was good, the style of the property.

I feel like there were small details that could have made a difference like having dish cloths to wash and dry cups, having a stand in the shower to hold our shampoos, etc, the coffee was horrid.

The hotel is close to the sea, has a nice pool, the breakfast was tasty, the beach has fine sand

Excellent hotel, couldn't fault anything. Staff were so accommodating especially as we had our disabled child with us. We actually got an upgrade as there was availability. I absolutely enjoyed my trip to Tenerife because of this hotel. We are vegetarians, the first evening, not much option for us but after the initial blip, we enjoyed some really delicious vegetarian meals. Welcome drink in the fridge was fab! Tried to locate it here in the UK but it doesn't appear to be on sale here
