Lagos de Fañabé Beach Resort

Le personnel est extra , super gentil et serviable toujours prêt à rendre le séjour agréable. Le buffet est varié. L'endroit est calme et plaisant. Piscine chauffée et calme dans un beau cadre. Etablissement très bien situé pour profiter des différentes plages et des boutiques.

Great location, with easy access to shops restaurants, supermarkets. Resort was baby and buggy friendly and the rooms were spacious and quiet. Good breakfast spread and lots of space by the pools. Extremely friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. Great access to beaches (playa de Fañabé and Playa del duque) through long buggy friendly walking paths, and easy access to others through short taxi rides.

The hotel is fabulously located a stone’s throw away from the Fañabé beach. It’s very quiet around the complex and feels nice and safe. The atmosphere of the resort is very relaxed. The buffet breakfast is very good with plenty of options of both hot and cold foods, large selection of fruits, meats, cheese breads etc. Omlettes cooked to order which was a lovely option. The pools are lovely but very deep and the only shallow pool for kids is located in a nearby sister resort which you can access from Lagos but it’s a bit of a walk depending on where you are situated in the resort. The cleaning was always excellent and kept well. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an upstairs apartment and the view of the sea was nice and the balcony was lovely to sit out in. Most staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds of the resort are kept exceptionally clean. There was never any litter or mess around and the plants / pools / walk ways / seating areas were always clean and well presented.

Rooms were average, the main rooms are just two single beds pushed together which is very annoying as you end up having to fix them in the middle of the night due to them separating and falling into the middle of the two. Facilities in the apartments are very basic, there is no washing machine or dish washer. There is a self service laundry area in the next resort over but it’s €6 per wash and another €6 to use the dryer if needed. Word of warning to future guests. When booking, the site main page indicts that it has air conditioning. This is only the case if you do happen to book a top floor apartment. All ground floor apartments have only a ceiling fan. You are expected to look though the entire fine print of each room to know if it had the said air conditioning or in fact just a ceiling fan which is labelled as “fan” in the amenities of each apartment. Not in the main description part. Which means that if you are disabled or have wheelchair / buggy’s etc you can’t get a room with aircon. I was travelling with my 1 year old and had booked a ground floor apartment as it was the only Two bed apartment available and when we checked in I was forced to pay an additional €230 to be moved to a room with aircon. A person came to help move our luggage / travel cot ,he took the high chair and never returned so my husband and 73 year old father in law had to carry a cot through the resort uphill to the new room along with all of our bags. I raised this issue with booking.com who thankfully had sense and agreed that the matter of air conditioning was very misleading and reimbursed me themselves with no help from the Lagos report. The matter of switching rooms and the misleading info about aircon left me annoyed but the resort itself is actually lovely. Just be throughout when checking what is actually included in your room type. The jacuzzi is freezing cold. €20 deposit per towel for the pool is required as well.

Excellent location. Overall the hotel exceeded the expectations. Great breakfast and beautiful territory. Very comfortable room with a separate living space and kitchen.

A bit noisy with the concerts at the restaurant in front (till 11 pm). Canalization smell in the bathroom.

On peut manger dehors ou dedans La chambre est spacieuse et tout confort Adeje est le meilleur endroit pour moi de l île. Accès à la plage et resto tAlmalfi resto top) Plage du Duque un peu plus loin très jolie Pas aimé Las Christianos Santa Cruz. Porto de Santa Cruz très jolie et Laguna doit être sympa le soir après 17h car en journée un peu mort. Tiède à faire. En Buggy ou quad ou voiture. Forêt et volcan très beau

Hotel très bien situé à 2 minutes de la plage. Appartement bien équipé avec 1 belle terrasse, sdb spacieuse, chambre avec literie de qualité. Possibilité de se faire à manger grâce à la kitchenette. Tres bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très aimable et très pro. Service de location de voiture avec parking souterrain inclus. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
