Miła i pomocna właścicielka. Duży teren - można było pograć z dzieckiem w piłkę. Cisza. Dobrze i długo się spało. Stosunkowo blisko (spacerkiem) do Amfiteatru i pobliskiej infrastruktury oraz jeziora.
