The location is great

Debbie and Roddy were excellent hosts. They went above and beyond whilst we stayed on our 2 night break. Roddy especially took so much time to show my daughter all of the animals and let her feed them, so much so, my daughter didn't want to leave. Breakfast was lovely and a great selection. I have coeliacs disease and Debbie bought in GF bread and adapted my full English breakfast to cater for my needs. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable.

Large en-suite with modern bathroom, plenty of storage if you're staying for longer, great location, kind and friendly owners, delicious breakfast. Everything was just perfect and loved all the little decorations.

The bedroom and bathroom were both very spacious and immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable with firm mattresses. The bathroom had modern fixtures and plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Many choices were offered at breakfast; all the food we had was expertly prepared. In the yard around the house, chickens, ducks, and geese wander. So does a peacock!

There is little that could be done better. Since I must answer this question, I will say that I would have liked to have a public space for sitting and reading or looking out on the fields.

They hosts! The rooms are clean and comfortable, there are fun animals to see, and it is a relaxing environment. Great place for families.

Nothing to improve, it was great!

Location is convenient, room is exceptionally clean. Debbie, the host is fair in giving us "space" and allowed flexibility in using the breakfast area for our buy-in dinner in the evening as we are not allow to eat in the room. Respected that restriction for cleanliness reason.

But her husband, is watching TV every evening in the living hall.next to the breakfast area. He complaint of privacy, and Debbie had to tell us politely to pack up and go up to our room. On the 2nd evening he increase volume of his TV. Ultimate rudeness happened in our last evening, while Debbie was out. We came back earlier around 6pm and had our simple dinner. About 45mins later while we were abt to finish our dinner. Her husband suddden appear and while walking to his TV sofa, he said, "you are all supposed to be up in your room at 5.30pm." Really spoilt our last evening in Scotland. Good thing that we met up with lots of wonderful Scotish in our last two weeks.

The room and facilities were all good and spotless. Breakfast was great with a good selection freshly cooked

Location was a little out of the way - but wouldn’t stop us returning to this excellent B&B
