Casa da Cerca

Embora não tenha ficado neste local, foi-me dado a hipótese de ficar numa casinha da mesma gestão, que foi fantástica, adoramos tudo nenhum ponto menos bom. A casinha chamava se A Casa do Avô e fica numa zona espectacular. Foi tudo 5 estrelas.

The house was wonderful, its authentic Portuguese décor and thoughtful amenities set the perfect tone for our stay. The host who welcomed our group was incredibly kind and attentive, and treated us to a fantastic breakfast featuring local cheese, freshly baked bread, and homemade cakes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning keeping things pleasant throughout, while the fireplace added a cosy charm to those quiet winter evenings. The location was ideal too, just a short walk from the castle and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants.

The location is quite remote, reached by a scenic and picturesque drive up to the house, something that, far from being a drawback, genuinely adds to the charm and character of the experience. For groceries or larger shops, you'll need to drive around 10km, but it's a quick and easy trip that hardly feels like an inconvenience.

Gostamos muito do conforto dos quartos, da simpatia da D. Lurdes que é mesmo muito querida. Sem duvida que vamos voltar, adoramos! O sitio é muito giro, e as paisagens são incríveis. E mesmo ao lado da aldeia historia da Sortelha

Não foi não gostar, mas apenas achamos que o pequena almoço podia ser melhor, mais completo ou ter outras opções.
