Wonderful people. Marcia and Gloria were both lovely. Amazing breakfast. Beautiful landscape view. AC in excellent condition. Large and clean room.

Welcomed like extended family! Beautiful property and views. We really enjoyed the family prepared breakfast. Departed with a very warm and heartfelt goodbye from our “Italian mother”. Look forward to staying again someday :)

Everything was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, the view from the balcony was amazing, the host (all the family) is very hospitable. Breakfast is served in an amazing garden with an Incredible view. They have pasta, pesto and wine and you can eat dinner in the same wonderful garden. The sunset seen from this location is unforgetable. I hope I will come back with other friends!

Stunning views, friendly and welcoming hosts, very clean and modern interiors, very good air conditioning, delicious breakfast.

Unless you are very fit and avid hiker, you will need a car to reach this property. Other than that it was perfect!

Unbelievably kind in finding a garage and liaising with them to get an emergency appointment. In addition, very understanding regarding our very late confirmation of arrival time.

The owners, an Italian couple and their parents, are the sweetest people possible. It’s the southern European hospitality that you’ve been looking for! The rooms were clean and cool thanks to the air conditioning. The breakfast is great and their homemade wine is excellent

The location is a bit remote, but on the other hand that remoteness gives you an amazing feeling of tranquility.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Il Tre Grappoli. The hosts made us feel like part of the family! Absolutely fantastic location with views to die for, far away from other people and noise! The rooms were fantastic: Newly rennovated quiet and private, with everything we needed. Wonderful breakfast with eggs, local cheese and ham, and cake as well as croissant and buns still warm from the oven. We loved every minute at I Tre Grappoli!

The location is phenomenal, far away from tourists, traffic, and noise. This also means not as easily accessible. There are only 4 buses a day, taxi, or hiking as options if you don't have a car. For us well worth it and just something to he aware of for transport as well as lunch/dinner plans.

Beautiful, quiet, off the beaten path property in a small vineyard overlooking the mountainside and seascape. Glorious breakfast and lovely owners / staff. Clean and neat room. Couldn’t have expected a better place for our stay.
