De tudo, funcionários muito simpáticos e pacientes com a minha cadela. Pequeno almoço ótimo, piscina excelente e quarto muito simpático. Muito agradecida por tudo.

No momento da reserva, solicitei expressamente um quarto sossegado, uma vez que o meu objetivo era descansar. Infelizmente, a experiência que tive foi exatamente o oposto, tendo sido provavelmente o pior alojamento onde já fiquei. O quarto que me foi atribuído estava separado do quarto ao lado apenas por uma porta de casa de banho fechada à chave, sem qualquer isolamento acústico eficaz. Foi possível ouvir claramente todas as conversas dos hóspedes do quarto vizinho, bem como todos os ruídos provenientes da casa de banho. No quarto ao lado encontrava-se uma família com crianças e, durante praticamente toda a noite, houve barulho constante, incluindo o choro de uma criança, o que tornou impossível ter uma noite de descanso. A falta de isolamento sonoro e a atribuição deste quarto, apesar do meu pedido de tranquilidade, representam uma falha grave na qualidade da estadia.

The pool is great, the rooms are big, the jacuzzi is nice on the suites but the water does not get hot enough to actually enjoy it so the jacuzzi is useless they should remove it. Easy parking spot was good. The only people from the staff I talked with were really nice.

Unfortunately a few things were bad, the room was called the "Oven" funny enough it was just like an oven really hot and we were not even on the hottest days of summer, of course this wouldn't be an issue if the Air Conditioning worked but it was not working their solution was putting a fan that helped a little but the heat is too much they really need to replace the AC unit, which brings me to the second issue. The flies, it's too hot so you need to open the windows but if we do a lot of flies enter the room and at night it's really annoying to sleep with them flying around the room we ended up keeping windows and doors closed and killed as many of the flies as possible and we just accepted the heat. Now the quality of the beds they are ok but for people with back issues the main bed is way too low and harder for older people that need a bed that is bit higher from the ground, the pillows well you should always bring your own it's what I usually do but I didn't remember this time, so the pillows are way too thin it's like they don't exist. The shower is fine although the water lacks pressure I believe due to other people using it at the same time in other rooms, and it also impacts the water heating which at least was a minor issue. And of course the jacuzzi while the room has a jacuzzi, it is basically useless with no added value, since due to no water pressure you take forever to fill it, and then since the water does not get really hot by the time you fill it it's a cold bath and not pleasant at all.

El sistema de habitaciones con zonas comunes compartidas no esta mal, la habitación podia mejorar en limpieza, en tamaño es correcto.

No es comprensible el que tengas que desplazarte 1,5 km hasta las instalaciones donde esta la piscina, aunque lo pone como advertencia, no es nada lógico llegar con los calores y tener que dejar el equipaje en una habitación y desplazarse tanta distancia para darse un baño.

Tranquilidade da quinta e boa piscina. Simpatia do pessoal.

Não está perceptível no site que a piscina ficaria a 1.5 km. Também não vi instalações de spa como apresentam em fotos. Como reservei um quarto num espaço com piscina, solicitei um na quinta com a piscina. Prontamente disponibilizaram um mas não dos que aparece nas fotos do booking.com. O quarto era pequeno, datado com a casa de banho a precisar de remodelação e com cheiro a canos. A insonorização para o quarto/casa do lado era nula. O pequeno almoço foi razoável. Acho que devem promover uma publicidade mais transparente dos vossos espaços e serviços.

Pequeno almoço agradável e suficiente.
