AGRITURISMO CASCINA GRAZIOSA

We arrived after a very long car drive from Vichy france and were not sure of the exact time of arrival, due to the Mont Blanc tunnel being closed, we used the Frejus tunnel. I contacted the property beforehand to secure a key code for the lock box as reception at the hotel is from 15.00 hrs - 19.00hrs and manned upon direct arrival time. The response from the owner was fast and friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately I do not speak Italian, so communication was hosted via WhatsApp where I typed my message in English and she responded very quickly after she translated it, which was suitable. The property is very quiet, ensuring a solid peaceful sleep. Location is good, just a short car drive to the town Novara for dining or ammenities. We loved the room, being spacious and well equipped. The bed was huge, comfy and had a beautiful fresh aromatic smell, as well as the entire accommodation smelling fresh and inviting. There was a coffee pod & tea facility also provided in the room, small mini bar, air conditioning/heating within the room. An English written notice provided use of the guest facilities, including an area to utilise for microwave, refrigerator, coffee & tea. Breakfast was quite simple, continental with a small plate of ham & cheese, bakery items, more than adequate for our needs, (no cooked breakfast on offering) which we did not need as everything else was substantial. The host was very friendly, happy and we found her natural and delightful. The property is a working farm with massive out buildings and a beautiful accommodations. Parking is fantastic with so much area to park securely. Overall, we loved this B&B with a sense of privacy and relaxation.

Super friendly host, nice breakfast

This is a family owned place outside of the town. There was always parking. The woman who helped with breakfast was very kind and accommodating. The only thing that would have been very nice was more variety at breakfast. Each morning there were croissants and rolls, juice, yoghurt, coffee, and wonderful coffee.

Lovely stay! Tucked away amongst the fields, it was so peaceful. Tons of parking available, wide entrance to parking, no need for tricky driving maneuvers. Easy to find with Google maps. The room was attractive, comfortable, and squeaky clean. Breakfast was great, and the hostess was lovely. She made us feel right at home. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Having a few extra blankets in the room would be a nice touch.

Being away from the noise of the city was awesome. The location was nice, quiet and beautiful. Antonella was an amazing host, and the breakfast was delicious.

We had 4 people sleeping in a studio, so there wasn't much privacy, but the beds were comfy.
