Il personale molto gentile e la colazione eccellente

La mancanza di privacy: la porta finestra della camera apriva sul bordo della piscina dove una dozzina di persone erano stese sui lettini… praticamente in camera nostra.

L'infinita gentilezza e cordialità' di tutto, e sottolineo tutto, il personale. A partire dalla proprieta' per finire con gli addetti al servizio. Colazione e pranzo superlativi....sapori di altri tempi...il succo di frutta fatto in casa....indescrivibile!!

Nulla. Solo per pura pignoleria suggerirei una manutenzione straordinaria sull'ultimo tratto di strada che conduce alla struttura.

Location, room, ambience

The two major reasons why we chose the property were that it advertised a restaurant and a swimming pool. We arrived in the late afternoon to be told by a grumpy and unfriendly young receptionist that neither was open. She flatly refused to consider providing any food and told us to go to a trattoria several kilometres away down a steep road. After considerable and rather unpleasant negotiations involving whom we assumed was the owner of the property, we were ungraciously offered a meal. This was all most regrettable since the property is spectacular. We must have come on a bad day. It is a pity that the owner had not updated their website to reflect current circumstances.

Beautiful nature and a very kind hostess. We would like to come again..

The family were delightful and the breakfast was really good, lots of local produce. The view of the surrounding fields was lovely. Staff very helpful with giving us local restaurants to eat as the one advertised was not open.

The pool was not ready for guests and we had hoped to be able to relax for some time by it.
