The location is good. Some of the staff were really helpful and so was Ms Daisy who helped with the booking process. She communicated well and was great at problem solving. We liked the puppy..

The food was overpriced for what it was. For example, we asked for some eggs with our noodles at breakfast. In the end we were charged 50k for 5 eggs. Similarly the vegetarian hot pot was 450K for 3 pax. This includes the service fee for cooking and cleaning. It's the first time we find this system in Vietnam. We visited on a weekend with lots of rain and the tiles in the garden to get to the rooms are soooooop slippery. They are dangerous actually, easy to fall and break a bone. The staff are nice but need some more training.
