Tenuta La Fiscala

La casa era molto carina, spaziosa e il proprietario molto disponibile

es gab leider kein Frühstück, aber es gab eine kleine Küche und einen Supermarkt im benachbarten Ort. Die Unterkunft hat 3 Etagen, für Kinder ist Platz unter dem Dach. Der Gastgeber Lorenzo hat mir ein hervorragendes Restaurant (Le Cicale) empfohlen.

L'appartamento molto carino. La cucina molto attrezzata. Calda ed accogliente. Il titolare gentilissimo e super disponibile

Troppa polvere. Dietro la testata del letto non veniva pulito da tempo. Essendo allergica ho dovuto prendere l'antistaminico. Dormire è stato un incubo tra il prurito, l'aria condizionata che ogni 10 minuti faceva un casino assurdo. Camera per niente insonorizzata. Il vicino sembrava tossire in camera nostra.

La tenuta antica

Lorenzo, the owner, was the very best part about Tenuta La Fiscala. My dad suffered a pretty bad bike crash and was in the hospital in Alessandria, so we needed to make frequent visits to see him. Lorenzo went way above and beyond to help us manage, ferrying us to the hospital, grocery store, etc. always with a smile and friendly conversation. While I'm sure it was a lot of work for him, he always made it seem like we were on his way. He also hooked us up with a thoughtfully designed accessible room so that my dad could come stay there right away when he got out of the hospital. Lorenzo's warm hospitality, Francesca's delicious cooking at the restaurant, and the relaxed beauty of the agriturismo made a tough situation so much better. By the end of our stay I felt like we were family. Grazie mille per tutto Lorenzo!

I only wish the restaurant was open more days of the week, but every single meal we had there was fabulous. I think most people who might be in town for a weekend would have no problem with the schedule, and we ended up cooking some relaxing, simple meals in the room's kitchen, so it wasn't a big deal at all.
