Our main reason for being in the area was to visit the Hot Springs Off Road Park and the location of the Ranch was absolutely perfect. The grounds were beautiful, the fountain, very cool. The pond on the other side of the road with the geese and goslings were SO cute to watch. The fire pit area is a great place to gather and visit. The other patrons at the Ranch were great and oddly enough we all live close by each other at home. 10/10 will visit again.

The bunkbeds were TERRIBLE!! No way an adult or anyone larger than a toddler would be able to sleep on the mattresses. The double/triple mattresses on that frame was like crawling into an MRI machine and the vinyl mattresses would deflate by morning. Because the A/C was not turned on - the musty basement/attic smell was something. And the fridge was not turned on (it is on a light switch) when we got there so we were unable to put away the groceries. Although calling and they confirmed that the "air" coming from the freezer to the fridge were cold enough - however, I don't believe the fan pushing that air from the freezer to the fridge area is working as it should be, because it shouldn't have taken 12 hours for the stuff in the fridge to be cool. Cold air is heavy and it settles - hot air rises. The bottom of the fridge never really got cold, that is an issue.
