Salcheto è un luogo incantevole con una vista unica su Montepulciano. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e curata nei dettagli, tanti materiali di recupero ma utilizzati con grande gusto. Appena arrivati abbiamo svolto la visita della cantina e poi degustazione... Il loro progetto è ammirevole e abbiamo ascoltato con grande interesse tutto quello che fanno. Abbiamo anche cenato presso il ristorante Indigeno che è stato a dir poco sorprendente, cucina a km zero di grande qualità. Tra i vini mi ha colpito la loro Riserva del Nobile di Montepulciano ma anche il Salcho, interessante anche la Vernaccia che producono a San Gimignano. Bravi ragazzi, ci vedremo sicuramente presto! Ci siamo rilassati e sentiti davvero bene :)

We had a wonderful one-night stay in Montepulciano at a hotel located next to a beautiful winery, surrounded by breathtaking Tuscan scenery. The arrival was via a dirt road, but it was easy to navigate, and we received very clear instructions for the self check-in process. Our room was modern and stylish, with large windows overlooking the hills and vineyards, offering an incredible view to wake up to. A heated jacuzzi near the room was a lovely bonus. The minibar also offered additional drinks for purchase. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would happily return again.

The only minor drawbacks were that the large glass windows, while beautiful, meant there was limited privacy in the room unless the curtains were fully closed, and the shower could benefit from a small shelf for shampoo and soap. Aside from these small details, everything was excellent and did not affect our overall stay.

Beautiful views of vineyards and Montepulciano. Great size room. Short drive to the town centre. Nice breakfast. Hot tubs.
