The property, rooms, and breakfast were all fantastic, but the friendliness of the hosts was the stand out factor.

A lovely family-run B&B with the best breakfasts ever! And the vast view of Tuscany & Umbria. Each morning we had a lovely breakfast served by the owner's family with eggs to order, which was divine. Their tea was the best, and the host even gave me a little satchel of tea to take home—very charming family.

Bug bites & the shower being in the room, even though it was behind a curtain, and done beautifully. (But of course, it is a matter of personal taste.) During our four-week stay in Italy, I got the most bug bites at this property. It's not the property's fault, but on the first night, we killed a mosquito in the shower that squirted blood, which probably was mine! Then there were a few tiny black bugs near the bed. That's part of being in the countryside, I guess. I am more prone to being bitten by small creatures, and my husband wasn't bitten at all. The owners are environmentally conscious, meaning they refrain from using harsh chemical treatments on their property. Didn't help that the two days we were there, the area was overcast and rainy. I may have gotten bitten when I took a dip in the pool the first evening, as I saw them floating on the water as well. So, other than the pesky bites, the room was Instagram-perfect!

We had such a wonderful stay here during our time near Montepulciano. The host’s communication was excellent, and their local recommendations really made our trip even more special. They even provided a list of recommended activities, restaurants, and sightseeing spots in the area, which we really appreciated and made planning our days so easy. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was so comfortable that it was hard to get up in the morning! Breakfast was absolutely amazing — a perfect start to each day. It’s easy to see why they have a 10/10 rating on Booking.com. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

If I was going to be nit-picky, the pillows were a little bit lumpy, I bring my own pillow with me when I travel so it wasn’t a problem for me. A fridge in the room would be a nice touch as the fridge in the kitchen area wasn’t very cold for our drinking water etc

Words cannot fully capture the hospitality, quality, and atmosphere of this place. The family welcomes you as if you were an old friend, serving a truly authentic breakfast made with ingredients from their own farm and the surrounding area. The pool and facilities are of the highest standard, and the room is beautifully designed, spacious, and comfortable. After many visits to Italy over the years, this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. Plus, it’s perfectly located near amazing towns like Montepulciano, Pienza, and so much more!

Perfect agriturismo if you want to relax and enjoy time off from chaos. Location is in the middle of nature, car is a must. The Agriturismo has only 3 rooms which makes it even more special. Pool is amazing, rooms very cleaned and bed very comfortable. Delicious breakfast is served every morning. Owners of the agriturismo are a beautiful family, very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely come back next time. Highly recommended.
