Agriturismo Masseria La Chiusa

Location was brilliant.... beautiful views. Friendly staff always on hand. Village of San Guiseppe Jato was pretty lively too... lots of bars and restaurants within good proximity to Palermo and airport.

Only minor thing... but it would have been nice to have a soft seating area around the bar to have a casual drink in evenings. But all else was brilliant.

Great historic location with an idyllic view of the mountainside, the fields and the city. Very big space: nice bedroom and bathroom (there was a kitchenette and a dining area, but we didn’t get to use them). The warm host also gave us a free tour of their centuries-old church. €8 breakfast was a nice buffet that had homemade jams and yogurt.

Aircon was in the living room, so bedroom was a bit warmer, but that’s okay. Lots of mosquitos outside for the dinner (not their fault, and they put up the smoke spiral; but just put on repellant just in case).

Masseria La Chiusa was incredible! We loved the staff, Veronica, Giorgio, Fulvio. Chef Alessandro's food was heavenly. The pool was lovely at the end (and beginning) of 95 degree Sicilian summer days. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the surroundings of the countryside were amazing!

The food was amazing. A very talented chef. All of the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We would go out of our way to stay here again.

The plumbing was loud, but that was not something that would keep me from returning to stay again.

the view is stunning. authentic b&b ( farm from 15th century), nice personnel, excellent food in the evening

the road to the masseria is winding, non paved. however usable and it takes about 10 minutes from the ss624. a clear description which route to take could have improved the experience to get to the masseria ( google maps steers you via sp2 which is a bad single lane road)
