Very nice pool and location. Great value for money

The bathroom could benefit from some adjustments.

It was in a beautiful place. The pool and air conditioned were very good in the hot weather in july. It was a peaceful place. The owner was a cool person and kind , he gave us one bottle of wine from his winary, and it was sooooo valuable for us and made the best finish for us.

The building was old and a little dusty, if you are so clean with a 5-star standard, it is not for you, but for us, it was OK . The breakfast doesn't have so many choices, but the price compared to another hotel in that area is ok. The owner couldn't speak English, but with Google Translate, you could speak

Our host Angelo was spectacular...helpful, funny, generous and even drove us up to Montefalco to have dinner and drinks and picked us up! Breakfast each morning was a typical Italian mix of cakes and yogurts juices and great coffee ... great way to start the day....fabulous swimming pool...so close to Perugia, Assisi, Spolato, Spello and so much more...we loved our stay...rooms were clean beds comfy....whats not to like....it comes highly recommended from us and we will be back. Great value for €€$$

Nothing negative but you do need a car....and google likes to send you on a wild goose chase sometimes..
