La camera era localizzata in una stazione ferroviaria ristrutturata e l'host ci ha dato delle informazioni chiare per avere accesso alla struttura. Nonostante la vicinanza ai binari abbiamo dormito benissimo grazie ad un'ottima insonorizzazione.

Werder Frühstück noch Houskeeping noch Hilfen beim Checkin angeboten.

Kein Hilfe beim Checkin und bei der Buchung. Nachbuchen und Verlängerung waren nicht möglich. Kein Personal vor Ort. Zimmerwechsel hat nicht funktioniert. Personal vor Ort kann offensichtlich nicht lesen. Eine Woche lang kein Zimmerservice. Waschbecken verstopft und auch nach 2 Tagen nicht gerichtet. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

Modern und gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Kochnische und allem, was man braucht. Tolle Einrichtung und Farbgestaltung. Gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof mit einem tollen Bäcker im Erdgeschoss (sehr gutes Frühstück). Nur ein paar Gehminuten in die Altstadt. Unkomplizierter Check-In mit Codes für Eingangstür und Zimmer.

Im Bad roch es durch die Lüftung regelmäßig nach Rauch (Zigaretten). Vermutlich hält sich aufgrund des fehlenden Personals im Hotel nicht jeder an das Rauchverbot im Gebäude.

"Für kürzere Aufenthalte OK"

Der Zugang zum Hotel und Zimmer wird über einen Code gewährt, welcher kurz vor Anreise übermittelt wird. Das Zimmer war OK. und für kürzere Aufenthalte vollkommend ausreichend. Die Lage (am Bahnhof) ist recht zentral aber dennoch ruhig.

Das Badezimmer lässt sich nicht separat erwärmen, was am Morgen zum Duschen etwas nervt.
