Zimmer war gross, auch das Bad

In der Nacht lauf,bzgl Verkehrslärm, liegt an einer großen Straße Appartement stank nach Zigarettenrauch, extrem störend, Heizung machte in der Nacht Geräusche

The checkout process of leaving the keys on the table in the room was easy.

This had a feel of somewhere where long term residents check out for the weekend. The kitchen is in the bedroom, which meant the whole room smelled of onions or whatever the previous resident had been cooking. One towel had a hair on it - this was not used! The worst part is the location - it is on a noisy road junction with traffic lights. The noise of traffic when constantly flowing is ok, but because this noise was cars stopping and starting you could hear the boy racers putting their foot down and even tell what song they were playing, even with all the windows shut in the room. The worst night's sleep I have ever had. If you can take ear plugs it might be tolerable. It is also right next to the trainline, though this was much less of an issue than the road junction. At €135 per night, it was pretty shocking.

Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet, Personal freundlich.

Teilweise nicht ganz sauber und manche Gegenstände (Wasserhahn, Lichtschalter, Klospülung) waren sehr wackelig

Wie man diesen Ort als idylisch bezeichnen kann, verstehe ich nicht....

Bei uns ist leider bei der Booking Buchung was schief gegangen und wir haben unsere Kleinkinder vergessen zu buchen. Es wurde super schnell ein Upgrate angeboten. Sehr bemüht. Zimmer sind super sauber und sehr zweckmäßig...mit Kindern perfekt wenn nicht überall schischi rumsteht. Betten waren bequem und es war abends ruhig, Straße und Bahn haben wir nicht gehört. Gern wieder kann es nur empfehlen
