The hotel is very well-appointed with spacious rooms and wonderful views looking towards the Nile. Bishoo, who runs the hotel, is super friendly and helpful. There is nothing he won't do to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He even helped us resolve an issue related to our onward travelling arrangements, which required fluency in Arabic.

It is not a question of not liking anything, but the hotel is not in the centre of Aswan, and some of the guests were experiencing issues with arranging taxis in order to take them downtown. The hotel is located at the end of a long and winding lane, and there is a great deal of building work taking place in the vicinity. The landscape generally around the hotel is a little dismal if you are not familiar with the outskirts of Aswan. Doubtless this is part of the regeneration of the district, but it is not the most scenic part of the city. Taxis are required in order to find places to eat or to shop for food. Breakfast is not included.

Amazingly welcoming staff! Bisho and his family are extraordinarily kind and open. A real and authentic experience to stay with them. Amazing view from rooftop and room on the Nile. Everything clean, great swimming pool. It surpassed our expectations, highly recommendable!!
