"Prachtig park met mooie en schone zwembaden. Kamers worden goed schoon gemaakt. Alles ziet er ook prachtig uit!"

Loved everything. Really super for families. Our 4 year old loved the kids club. Entertainment at night was great for kids too.

The poolside bar was just ok. Staff aren't very welcoming or friendly which is a shame as every other staff member is lovely across reception and the kids club. Food is very basic, no room for small changes and, staff not very tentative.

"Kaunis neljän tähden paikka jonka palvelu ei vastaa luokitusta joka tilanteessa."

Paikka oli kauniilla alueella ja mahdollisti rannan ja altaan yhdistämisen kuin kävelyt lähi luonnossa. Myös palvelut - ravintolat ja kaupat oli kivan etäisyyden päässä.

Palvelun laatu oli epätasaista. Saimme ihan kivaa palvelua siivoojilta ja allas baarin työntekijöiltä mutta respassa ja aamiais paikassa palvelun laatu ei vastannut neljän tähden hotellia. Vertailuna minulla on Palmasta kaksi neljän tähden hotellia joidenka palvelun laatu oli tasaista neljää tähteä. Aamiasipaikassa minua neuvottiin kova äänisesti kahden lapsen ja ystävieni kanssa istumaan tietyissä paikoissa. Myös vika aamu jouduin lähteä hakemaan kuittia jotta pääsemme syömään. Muina aamuina tätä ongelmaa ei ollut, ja olisin toivonut että siitä olisi infottu jos näin toivotaan tehtävän. Myös respassa saapuessamme kun kysyin huoneen sijaintia, sain vastaukseksi sarkastisen ”en ole edes aloittanut katsomaan huonettasi” kommentin.
