Es fehlte an nichts in diesem schönen Apartment und die Lage ist fantastisch. Sehr gut fanden wir, dass es kostenlos Fahrräder gibt. Sehr netter Gastgeber der super deutsch spricht 😀👍

Nice modern refurbished apartment in a pretty traditional Palma building. The 'old' features blended well in with the modern touches. It had all the mod cons and was in a particularly good area of Palma. Not too touristy but plenty of life with bars and restaurants all around the apartment.

The parking is challenging. Not that there are not enough places but you have to keep track of your ticket as I found out. There are parking wardens walking around. There is free parking available within walking distance so it's all a matter of priorities

Хозяин отеля просто замечательный. Заселил на 2 часа раньше положенного времени. В номере чисто и свежо. Есть абсолютно все. Были даже велосипеды, на которых можно было кататься совершенно бесплатно и без ограничений. Номер оборудован всем, легче сказать, чего в нем не было. Однозначно советую.

Lovely studio with terrace patio area. Well equipped with everything you need. Even beach chairs, mats and bikes were available to use. Location is excellent with bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk away. Great neighbourhood and 10 mins walk into Palma old town.

The host met us on arrival and took time to give us very useful information about the area. Our apartment was really spacious, spotless and comfortable and we had a full change of towels and bedding halfway through our 6 night stay.

There genuinely was nothing wrong with the property.
