Bonne localisation, bon marché. Stationnement gratuit à proximité.

Propreté franchement moyenne, odeur de cigarette dans l'appartement. Lorsque nous sommes arrivées il faisait un froid de canard, heureusement des radiateurs étaient fonctionnels, nous avons directement tout branché et laissé chauffer pendant que nous étions au restaurant. Vitre donnant sur la rue fracturée.

La habitación que nos tocó estaba lleno de pelos de perro, el sofá tenía malos olores y las sábanas también tenían un olor extraño, las sábanas llevamos a lavar al puesto de colada a unos 10 min andando y lo solucionamos. Por los demás todo bien
