ESSobre todo la ubicación, en general no estaba mal, equipado con todo lo esencial en la cocina, el baño igual. Las vistas de la ventana muy bonitas, llena de árboles, la zona tranquilísima. Los anfitriones han estado siempre en contacto, responden bastante rápido y son amables, la entrada al edificio es de lo más fácil y se ve bastante nuevo y bien cuidado.
Al entrar a la habitación olía a cerrado, al entrar al edificio el olor a ambientador era matador. Habían desperfectos en la habitación que se podían haber arreglado con relativa rapidez antes de que el siguiente anfitrión entrara, como es el borde del espacio donde se encuentra la bañera (es un borde de pegar con silicona, arrancar y poner otro) este estaba todo levantado, el trozo que se había despegado estaba allí, suelto en el suelo, esto fue notificado al anfitrión nada más entrar. El colchón tenía la forma de donde ha dormido todo el que se haya quedado allí, darle la vuelta o cambiarlos podría mejorar bastante la experiencia del próximo… y las almohadas son de lo peor, dos noches me quedé, dos noches que a penas dormí.

ATESFirst the positives. The location was great, right in the old part of town. The bed was super comfy.
The check in process in the end was straightforward enough but upon receiving lengthy messages to be able to check in, and based on a previous experience where it took us half a hour to check 4 people into a hotel, I enquired if there was another way other than the automated check in method. I was walking the Camino and didn't have time to be fiddling with a phone check in. I received a curt message back saying they had taken payment and if I wished to cancel then I would lose my money. The room itself was a bit tired and tatty with the shower doors hanging off and which didn't close properly. It also appeared to be set up specifically for just one person arriving. For example there was just one bedside lamp on one side of the bed and the shower gel bottle was a third full. Of course I'm not going to use a full bottle of shower gel with just the one shower but it just seemed a bit petty and stingy. Maybe I'm too old but I'm not a fan of these wholly automated accommodations where you never get to deal with a real person, especially in the North of Spain where everyone is so friendly. Give me a family run hotel with real people every time.
