"Absolutely amazing time, would definitely return"

Location is great, weather was perfect all week- beach is very nice. Various pools available and catered for all ages. Room was amazing, loads of room for 5 of us and made the holiday feel very luxurious. we will definitely return

"Beautiful property with very poor customer service."

The property is outstanding, very large and the location is perfect.

The property was great but the service was very bad. Receptionists didn’t know answers to very simple questions, like how to get from one club to another. They run out of pool towels and did nothing to resolve the situation. The hotel car park is being sold out to beach goers from outside and gets full so we had nowhere to park even though we paid. The reception staff simply lack any customer service.
