Las Rocas Golf and Sea

We are two seniors who like to play golf, so the location is perfect for us. For two people the property is very comfortable. The owner and staff that maintain the property are excellent and are very responsive.

The furniture on the terrace is uncomfortable and tired and needs updating. I’ve mentioned this in previous reviews.

Amazing spacious apartment wouldn’t have wanted anything else! Super cozy and beautiful balcony! The communication with the host was super easy. Beautiful sunset and sunrise views.

Was a bit warm without air conditioning but we didn’t stay long in the apartment during day time and at night we would leave the balcony door open for fresh air.

I have stayed in this area lots of times , we consider it to be a perfect area for us

No English tv channels The pool is closed and has been for around 10 months It now has no water in it at all The management company tried to tell me that it’s closed due to annual maintenance, this is a lie . It has been closed for months .i was at another apartment in December and it was closed then , the residents are having issues with the pool and it may well be much later in the year that it opens , yet this property is still being advertised as being able to use the pool . The main shower room has an awful smell of sewage at times The hot water is brown The small outside toilet doesn’t flush very well so toilet tissue doesn’t flush away

Could have sorted internet a bit quicker. Provided an iron, but no board ?

The description of the property is misleading. It is listed as two beds and two bathrooms. There is only one full bathroom with a shower, there is a second toilet but this is on the terrace. Also, there is no dishwasher as listed. The outdoor furniture in the terrace is old and uncomfortable, for a relatively small investment by the owners the terraces could be made very special.

The views were "stunning"

No British TV channels,...on inventory it was stated that a dishwasher & coffee machine were there NOT there Infinity Pool..NO also pool closed for the last week of our stay supermarket,hairdresser & beautician 2k away (stated on site) soiled pillows (thankfully found 2 new ones) Terrace furniture extremely weather vworn. Washing machine overheated & started smoking when reported 2nd; manager turned up un announced on Saturday evening (1st manager in Italy on holiday!!) therefore had no laundry facilities for almost a week.....new machine being installed after we left property

Lack of air conditioning, there were a couple of very hot nights!

When we contacted Ingrid she got back to us swiftly. We loved everything about it.
