In case of a late arrival (outside of reception hours): please notify the residence’s reception desk, whose contact information is listed on your booking confirmation. You may also include this information in the “Special Requests” section in addition to your phone call. For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linens and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, with the exception of the kitchen and dishes. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as an option after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area. Pets are allowed (1 max. per unit) for an additional fee (€12/day and €65/week). This option can be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Portal. For group bookings (5 or more accommodations), specific group terms apply: full prepayment at the time of booking and free cancellation available up to 42 days prior to arrival. Please contact us. A photo ID and a credit card will be required at check-in. A €300 pre-authorization is required upon arrival as a security deposit, which will be released after your stay provided the accommodation is returned in good condition (as per the inventory). All bathers must wear swimwear (traditional swim briefs, one-piece or two-piece swimsuit). For hygiene reasons, full-body suits, swim shorts, and generally all loose-fitting clothing are prohibited. The pool area is off-limits to anyone wearing anything other than the aforementioned swimwear.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
