In case of a late arrival (outside of reception hours): please notify the residence’s reception desk, whose contact information is listed on your booking confirmation. You may also include this information in the “Special Requests” section in addition to your phone call. For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linens and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, with the exception of the kitchen and dishes. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as an option after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area. Pets are allowed (1 max. per unit) for an additional fee (€12/day and €65/week). This option can be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Portal. For group bookings (5 or more accommodations), specific group terms apply: full prepayment at the time of booking and free cancellation available up to 42 days prior to arrival. Please contact us. A photo ID and a credit card will be required at check-in. A €300 pre-authorization is required upon arrival as a security deposit, which will be released after your stay provided the accommodation is returned in good condition (as per the inventory). All bathers must wear swimwear (traditional swim briefs, one-piece or two-piece swimsuit). For hygiene reasons, full-body suits, swim shorts, and generally all loose-fitting clothing are prohibited. The pool area is off-limits to anyone wearing anything other than the aforementioned swimwear.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. - aucun équipement : même pas un peu de produit vaisselle, pas d’éponge, pas de draps pour la vaisselle, un seul rouleau papier toilette (on a dû tout acheter) - mauvaise odeur, pas propre - piscine avec très peu de sièges libres - une des deux piscines avait l’eau trouble et verdâtre - beaucoup de choses cassées / abîmées (la porte vers la salle de bain ne fermait pas, le verrou était complètement arraché) - trop cher pour peu de confort

La gentillesse du personnel à l'accueil.

Résidence pas entretenu. L'appartement était extrêmement sale et dégradé : enduit du plafond qui menace de tomber, moisissure sur le mur de la douche dans la salle de bain avec l'enduit qui tombe et infiltration sur le mur du couloir des communs où se trouve la douche, crédence de la cuisine completement moisie, comme la cuisine est minuscule impossible de poser la vaisselle car le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas, bois des meubles éclatés à cause de l'eau qui coule partout en raison du manque de place, frigo cassé qui a dû etre remplacé pendant le séjour, mur de l'appartement extrêmement sale, quasiment pas de lumière dans l'appartement, ampoule apparente au plafond, ampoule grillée dans la salle de bain, lino au sol brûlé par endroit, TV qui fonctionne très mal, prise TV sans cache, une table pour manger qui tient en équilibre. Bref un appartement qui mérite d'être complètement rénové! C'est incroyable que ce logement puisse être proposé à la clientèle.
