In case of late arrival (outside front desk opening hours): the person whose contact details are on your booking confirmation needs to notify the front desk. You can also indicate this information in the "Special Requests" section. For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, with the exception of the kitchen and dishes. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as an option after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area. Pets are allowed (1 max./accommodation) for an additional fee (€12/day and €65/week). This option can be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area. For group bookings (5 or more accommodations), specific group conditions apply: full prepayment at the time of booking and free cancellation up to 42 days prior to arrival. Please contact us. A photo ID and credit card will be required upon check-in. A €300 credit card preauthorisation is required upon arrival as a security deposit and will be released after your stay, if the accommodation is left in good condition (as per the inventory). All swimmers must wear swimwear (traditional swim briefs, one-piece or two-piece swimsuits). For hygiene reasons, full-body suits, swim shorts, and generally all loose-fitting clothing are prohibited. The pool area is off-limits to anyone wearing anything other than the aforementioned swimwear.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
