Could have been difficult if matches were on increasing noise and peole

The proximity of the Flat to the venue where I was training, and also an excellent Italian restaurant nearby - I ate all my meals there. The Co-Op was also 20 metres away, and opened conveniently early in the mornings.

As I booked in a hurry, I went to booking.com and clicked on "1 Room 2 Adults" and got the room for £85/night. I stayed for two nights, but had to pay an extra £29.95/night for my spouse; parking was initially charged at £10/night, as opposed to £5/night as per the hotel operator's website - they kindly rectified this; and when I asked for the check-out time to be extended from the very-early 10am to 12h30, I was charged another £30. So I ended up paying for >1 extra night's stay because of the small print.

Excellent location, loved that parking was onside. Place was very spacious. Access Instructions were very clear & easy to use.

Cleanliness, facilities, location

This is something minor but may help others. The pillows were both similar in size. We found one pillow was too low, but 2 pillows were too high.
