"Never again. We read the reviews and it was supposed to be nice but it was horrible"

It’s location was the only good thing about this property. It’s a shame as The landlady was such a nice lady but everything else was not.

It was extremely filthy and dirty, we didn’t even unpack our bags or sleep in the bed!! I have more pictures but I can only upload 4

Great location Owner was lovely. The room was fine fir 2 nights The bed was comfortable. The aoartment was clean Ground floor. Just 6 steps.

The room could do with updating.

"A pleasant stay for 1 night, typical of what you’d expect in Skegness."

Fantastic location, right on the front, easy access to the beach.

The property was a bit dated in decor, but this didn’t affect our staff. The balcony wasn’t great, netting up obstructing the view (potentially suicide betting) and spikes up high to hold it in place (a real hazard if you’re tall). Lower the tone of the place
