A very minor point, could have done with a larger mirror in the bedroom area.

It was in a fantastic position right in the heart of town. Very clean and modern and had all the amenities that a hotel offers. The bed was extra large and very comfortable.

When we arrived there was dirty laundry all over the place, contents of previous guest feaces and urine still in the toilet. No flush on the toilet, sink filthy, yellow stains , floor filthy you had to keep your shoes on. Cleaners arrived after our check in time 3.15 and ask us to wait outside, witnessed them going to the sea and getting a bucket of sea water to flush the toilet with. They cleaned it as best they could, we decided to go out and come back just to sleep in, as beds looked clean and we couldn’t find alternative accommodation, but the cleaners picked up our keys. So another hour hanging around for new keys to be delivered. We did notice before we left that the water had been put back on, as we checked out. Horrendous, hottest day of the year, no shower, no wash , not Evan a large bottle of water left for us to put down the toilet or to wash in. I request a full refund.

At least left us water to wash and put down the toilet, the booking should have been cancelled if no flushing toilet or washing facilities, then tell your guests and cancel. If this is not corrected with a refund o will be contacting other agencies

Liked the accommodation, very clean & spacious. Excellent facilities good supply of tea coffee etc.

Being on the one way system was horrendous x constant traffic, but the worst thing was the boy racers & motorbikes using it like a race track. Council should think about speed cameras. Not good for people & children crossing the road.
