Perhaps provide extra towels / pillows, but otherwise was all good

Very clean has everything you can want and need!

Good size room with plenty of storage for clothes and personal necessities. There was a large radiator and heated towel rail on thermostat so the room remained warm. The bed was comfortable and provided good support so no sore backs in the morning! The unit was at the back of a pub/restaurant but as we were there Monday and Tuesday nights it was very quiet, I wouldn't know what it would be like for noise later in the week. Ramsey is a lovely village and there are lots of nice walks close by.

The microwave hadn't been cleaned, and smelled of curry. We couldn't work out how to get the cooktop to work and there were no instructions. The plastic cutting board had black marks on it, really unhygienic. There was a strange smell in the bathroom which was quite unpleasant at night. There was only one kitchen knife which wasn't suitable for cutting bread.

Pre arrival email had all the information. Easy to get into the room, no check in. Good location for our function

Personal preference - floor was tiles, so a bit cold

Great location. Had everything we needed. Appreciated tea and coffee n milk on arrival.

Hook on back of bathroom door would have been useful.
