Location, ease of access and parking

Cups and cutlery needed was dirty. Towel rail dirty. Bed slightly uncomfortable

This property has a rodent problem. I contacted them on the second night to let them know there was a mouse issue in the attic above the bed. They entered the property the next day, set mouse traps in another part of the property where there were no mice, then messaged to tell me that they couldn't access the attic so couldn't deal with the problem. I was offered no alternative room. I spent three sleepless nights listening to a family of mice making a lot of noise in the attic directly above the bed. The property offered no compensation. They said they would 'investigate' by asking people staying in other rooms if they had a problem, and if previous residents of the room I was staying in had a problem. How that would inform them of the issue that I experienced for three nights is bewildering. Neighbouring rooms may not have mice in their attic space, and the mice may not have taken up residence prior to me staying a the property. The least they should have done was offer alternative accommodation, or issued a partial refund. Do not stay here unless you want to pay a lot of money to not be able to sleep, to then experience terrible customer service from the team.

Fantastic little apartment. So cosy, warm and clean. Enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend. Great pub next door.
