"Misleading but good on the whole"

Good location for dog walks and a nice inexpensive get away; clean and tidy and decent size for two plus dog. Very close to amenities!

Said it had an oven and microwave (so purchased frozen food for the oven) but there was not one so that was frustrating and costly! The bed was not the best but OK for 2 nights.

Location and key code access we're great for me. Room was warm, clean and comfortable.

Could do with some better soundproofing, but I do also recognise there may have been a bit more noise due to my stay being over Christmas and there were a lot of celebrating at the pub next door. It wouldn't put me off staying again.
