"Basic, with tired decor, below average. Bed was particularly poor."

Convenient location. Basic facilities all there - coffee making, microwave etc. Fairly clean but not spotless,

Everything was rather tired. The bed was little more than a mattress on the floor. The "seating area" was two worn chairs under the TV. The heating didn't appear to work so an electric heater was required. The room smelt of dogs.

Amazing place for the money and very clean with the best shower of the dozens of airbnb's we've stayed in and will definitely book again.

It was very handy for location with great off street parking and accessible for all.

In room 1 There was an inconsistent dripping (sounding) noise which finally stopped at 0245 in the morning. Not sure if it was telly noise from other rooms.🤷🏼‍♂️ annoying if you are a light sleeper - which I am…

"Great stay in a great location"

Great location, clean, comfortable stay with a lovely unexpected sea view! Loved the window seat! The only thing that let it down for us was One of the other residents was quite noisy but that’s not the fault of the accommodation so other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Volume of neighbour’s extractor fan! Sounds trivial, I know, but it was loud in the night; not their fault, obviously.

Couldn’t access the building due to front door key not being there. Room had no heating and it was extremely small for the price. Massive let down and I will not be retirning
